Piedmont Emergency Relief Center

Piedmont Emergency Relief Center, commonly known as PERC, is a nonprofit food bank serving Piedmont and the surrounding community from its Main Street location. The organization distributes food boxes to local households and also accepts donations of nonperishable food, hygiene products, diapers and other basic necessities. PERC is supported by individuals, churches, businesses, schools and other nonprofit organizations and operates as a 501(c)(3) public charity. Its main donation location is at 3A Main Street, with published drop-off hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Food-box distribution is currently listed for Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, subject to supply availability and household-frequency guidelines. PERC also coordinates food drives and maintains additional donation drop-off opportunities in the area.
